Aligning Vocational Education with Labour Market Needs

On 5th December 2019 a multiplier event was hosted by SZÁMALK-Szalézi Secondary School in Budapest, with 35 participants, involving VET teachers and company representatives.

After the welcome words of the host and the organizer the participants were introduced to the basic idea behind the Reacti-VET project, listened to a presentation about the method of Lesson Study and also in the topic of Supply and demand in the labour market, the latter delivered by a practicing HR Business Partner. A round table discussion followed among invited representatives of companies and enterprises. Finally, participants were informed about the online course starting in December.
